We offer free shipping for all orders over R999 within South Africa.

Shipping Options (South Africa)

We currently offer the following shipping method:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 1–4 business days (Excluding bras due to high demand)

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Notification email with tracking details.

  • You can also track your order via the Order Tracking Page on our website.

Please note: If your order ships in multiple parcels, you may receive more than one shipment notification email.

Tracking & Courier Updates

Courier updates can occasionally be delayed or inaccurate. In some cases, a parcel may be marked as “Delivered” while it is still out for delivery and may arrive within the next four business days.

  • If your tracking link shows no movement or activity for more than 4–5 business days(Excluding Bras), please contact us at support@shapedcollection.com and we’ll be happy to investigate.

  • If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please:

    • Check your delivery address and surrounding areas

    • Confirm with building management, neighbours, or security (if applicable)

If after four business days you still cannot locate your package, please contact support@shapedcollection.com for assistance.

Lost or Missing Packages

While we’re always here to help, Shaped Collection is not liable for missing or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

If you believe your parcel was misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the courier, as they are best positioned to investigate delivery discrepancies.

Reshipments & Exchanges

At this time, we are not set up for reshipment orders or exchanges. If a return or refund is approved, the refunded amount can be used to place a new order.
